TERMS OF SALES:
The general conditions of sale detail the rights and obligations of the company Urbandesigner Individuelle and its client in the context of the online sale of the following products: Baby/Children's Clothing
By confirming his order, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and acknowledges accepting them in their entirety.
PRODUCT:
The photos of the products are as identical as possible, however lighting can sometimes modify the shade of colors or materials.
The company authorizes itself to make secondary modifications (thread color/snap buttons) to the products, in line with stocks.
AVAILABILITY:
For certain items you will see the “Pre-order” option displayed.
Overconsumption and waste are contrary to the values and ethics of Urbandesigner.

So for other items, the delay will be around 2-3 weeks maximum
PRICES:
The prices of our products are indicated in the currency EUROS including tax. These do not include payment or shipping costs, which are indicated separately. Likewise, be careful that certain fees (such as customs duties, payment or credit card fees, etc.) may be applied depending on your country of residence. These costs are entirely your responsibility. In addition, Urbandesigner will not be subject to a refund.
The company, however, grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
The buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the product or products in the order.
The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered non-compliant with our returns policy and therefore the item will not be refunded or exchanged.
